Description
Nuts — hazelnuts and cashews. Store at room temperature. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the shelf life — my candies lasted exactly one day.
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Condensed Milk - 2 tablespoons
- White Chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the nuts and chocolate fairly finely. If the cranberries are large, chop them as well. Place everything in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix. Try to shape the mixture into a ball — it should hold its shape. If it crumbles, add a little more condensed milk, but don't overdo it.
Step 3
Form 24 balls from the nut mixture and place them in the freezer.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Remove the balls from the freezer and dip them in the chocolate. Place them on parchment paper and let them set.
