Description

- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 25.4 oz
- Margarine - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Condensed Milk - 2 cans
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the whites with salt, and whisk the yolks with sugar.
Step 2
Mix the margarine with the flour and mayonnaise until smooth, add the yolks, and then the whites. Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the dough. Mix well.
Step 3
Form balls the size of cherries from the dough and place them in the cavities of the pan. Close tightly with a lid and bake for 3 minutes on each side. Let the shells cool.
Step 4
Boil the milk for two hours, then cool it. Fill each half of the 'nut' with condensed milk and then stick them together in pairs to create the finished cookies.
