Nut Crescent Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 9.9 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Almond - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg yolks, flour, and almond flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 15–20 mm and shape them into crescents. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake for 8–10 minutes at 356°F. Make sure the cookies remain light cream-colored.
Step 5
Roll the warm crescents in vanilla sugar.
