Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Blackcurrant liqueur - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix sugar and eggs well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 2
Add baking powder, flour, and mix.
Step 3
Add room temperature butter (it can be cut into cubes for easier mixing).
Step 4
Add the nuts (they should be chopped beforehand).
Step 5
For color, add blackcurrant jam and mix everything.
Step 6
Grease the muffin molds with sunflower oil and fill them with the resulting mixture up to halfway.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
