Description

There are many notes. Firstly, I always add sugar and flour by eye. This pie has undergone so many changes that it turns out absolutely different every time. By the way, instead of nuts, you can add poppy seeds to the batter. Variations of fillings instead of banana and pear that I have made: 1 - plums and peaches (for those who like it a bit sour); 2 - apples and kiwi (put apples inside, kiwi on top as decoration. After baking, even the sourest kiwi will become sweet); 3 - bananas and canned peaches.

Ingredients

  • Kefir - 17 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Vanillin - a pinch
  • Conference Pear - 2 pieces
  • Hazelnut - 0.9 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 0.9 oz
  • Bananas - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar.

Step 2

Pour in the kefir, add cinnamon and vanillin.

Step 3

Melt the butter and mix it into the batter.

Step 4

Add the flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Blend the nuts and add them to the batter.

Step 6

Slice the pears and bananas.

Step 7

Line a baking dish with parchment, pour in a thin layer of batter. Place the bananas and pears thickly on top. I leave some bananas for the top. Pour the remaining batter over the fruits. Optionally, place bananas or candied fruits on top. Bake in the oven at 356°F. The baking time varies, so I check with a toothpick.
