Description

The total energy value of all bars is 3450 kcal, and each of the 8 bars contains 430 kcal. These bars are rich in protein (17 g per bar) and also provide healthy slow carbohydrates (36 g per bar). They make a great snack and will help you stay alert and energetic all day long! These bars should be consumed on training days and during increased physical activity, long workdays, or when your diet is insufficient. Ingredients

  • Oats - 2 cups
  • Dark Raisins - 3.4 oz
  • Hazelnuts - 3.2 oz
  • Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Banana - 1 piece
  • Walnuts - 2.3 oz
  • Peanuts - 1.8 oz
  • Almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla Protein Powder - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the oats, raisins, and hazelnuts. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter.

Step 2

Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree and add it to the oats.

Step 3

Chop or grind the walnuts, peanuts, and almonds into coarse crumbs. Add them to the bowl.

Step 4

Pour in half a cup of milk and mix the mixture (at this stage, it will still not be sticky enough). Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the milk.

Step 5

Add 2 scoops of protein powder, pour in the remaining milk, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly so that the mixture is thick and holds its shape well.

Step 6

Spread the contents of the bowl onto parchment paper and shape it into a flat rectangular block. Make shallow cuts for future slicing into bars.

Step 7

Cover with another piece of parchment paper and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Step 8

Remove the frozen block and cut it into bars. Store them wrapped separately in the freezer.
