Description
To diversify your breakfast, you can replace or supplement the dried fruits in the bars with nuts, pumpkin seeds, berries, mashed banana, or other fruits.

- Oats - 1 cup
- Oat Flour - ½ cup
- Dried Fruits - to taste
- Dark Chocolate - 3 pieces
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In separate bowls, mix all the dry and wet ingredients.
Step 2
Combine both mixtures and stir well until a thick homogeneous mass forms.
Step 3
Spread the dough in a layer of 5–7 millimeters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 4
While hot, cut the dough into bars, flip them over, and leave in the oven for another 5–7 minutes.
