- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Cashew - 2.5 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Apricots - 5.6 oz
- Bran - 0.3 cup
- Agave Syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Chop the cashews in a blender or cut them and transfer to a separate plate.
Step 2
Then blend the dried apricots in a blender and add the oat flakes, shredded coconut (or coconut meat), pumpkin seeds, agave syrup, ginger, and salt, and blend everything well. During the process, add the melted coconut oil.
Step 3
Next, add the cashews and blend until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
Step 4
Then line a baking sheet or another rectangular dish with parchment paper and place the 'dough' in it. Press it down firmly so that the 'dough' takes the shape of the dish, and place it in the freezer for 1 hour. Then remove from the freezer and cut.
