- Raw cane sugar - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Hazelnut - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the caramel from sugar and juice. Do not place it immediately on the hot stove — let it gradually heat up, do not stir. Once it reaches a copper color, add the nuts, mix, and spread them into molds on a silicone sheet (I used round rings with a diameter of 75 mm — it yields 8 pieces of 50 grams each).
Step 2
Leave to cool and harden.
