Ingredients
- Nuts - 1½ cups
- Maple syrup - ½ cup
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 teaspoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
Step 3
In a saucepan, bring the maple syrup to a boil, reduce the heat, and add the butter. Add the nuts and mix well. Let cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the cinnamon and chili. Using a slotted spoon, add the nuts from the saucepan and mix well.
Step 5
Spread on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to dry.
