- Oat flakes - 2 cups
- Bananas - 2 pieces

- Muscovado Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Chopped almonds - a pinch
- Grapefruits - to taste

Melt the butter.

Mash the bananas into a puree.

Add the oat flour to the banana puree and mix.

Crack the eggs into the banana mixture and stir.

Add the melted butter to the cottage cheese.

Mix the coconut sugar and vanilla into the cottage cheese thoroughly.

Place the cottage cheese in the center of a parchment-lined baking dish, with the dough around the edges.
