Description

- Bran - 2.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the bran, cottage cheese, and egg (or just the egg white).
Step 2
Preheat a non-stick skillet and pour in all the batter or half of it, depending on the size of pancakes you prefer. Cook for one and a half minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
