Oat-Cottage Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
- Dates - 4 pieces
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.8 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the dates.
Step 2
Prepare the cranberries and raisins, and chop if necessary.
Step 3
Mix the oat flakes (you can blend half of them, or replace a quarter with oat bran) with the cottage cheese and the other ingredients. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with oil. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 5
With wet hands, roll small balls from the dough and flatten them into cookies on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes. They taste even better the next day.
