Description
I served the waffles with a cottage cheese-yogurt cream, raspberry jam, and honey - so delicious! You can roll the waffles into a tube and prepare any filling. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to roll them up.
Ingredients
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Flaxseeds - 4.2 oz
- Ground Oats - 4.2 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Water - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flaxseed meal, ground oats, salt, and baking powder.
Step 2
Add the milk, eggs, and oil, and mix well (if the batter is too thick, add water).
Step 3
Preheat the waffle maker, place one tablespoon of batter at a time, and cook the waffles until golden brown.
