Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 10.6 oz
- Cranberry - 5.3 oz
- Fructose - to taste
- Egg white - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough: grind the oats in a coffee grinder/blender until it reaches flour consistency.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add fructose and oat flour to the egg whites and knead the dough. The consistency should be like that of pâté.
Step 3
Line the molds (non-stick/silicone) with the dough, forming tartlets, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F until done. Let cool.
Step 4
Filling: soak 5 grams of gelatin in water, then heat it (according to instructions), add it to the cottage cheese along with fructose.
Step 5
Mash the berries with a fork, add 5 grams of gelatin, and fructose if desired.
Step 6
Fill the prepared tartlets with cottage cheese, then top with berry jelly, decorate with a berry, and refrigerate for several hours until the filling sets.
