Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a baking sheet with butter (or line it with parchment paper). Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, add the oat flakes, finely chopped hazelnuts, and sugar. Add the melted butter, beaten egg, and syrup (honey). Mix until smooth.

Step 2

With damp hands, shape round cookies about 7 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. Place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely.
