- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Baking Powder - ⅓ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into cubes and place them at the bottom of a greased baking dish, then sprinkle with a third of the sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
Step 2
Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and a small amount of cinnamon.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, then mix with the flour.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until frothy.
Step 5
Add the egg whites to the flour mixture, gently fold, and pour over the apples in the baking dish.
Step 6
Bake at 464°F for about 20 minutes.
