Description
Instead of pumpkin seeds, you can add nuts, sesame seeds, or sunflower seeds. You can also substitute honey for sugar. One serving contains 2 cookies.

- Bananas - 1 piece
- Oatmeal - 3.5 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the banana into a puree using a blender.
Step 2
Add the oatmeal to the banana puree and mix well.
Step 3
Add pumpkin seeds and sugar if necessary.
Step 4
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to soften the oatmeal.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to drop the mixture, forming thin round cookies.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Allow the cookies to cool and remove them from the baking sheet.
