- Ground Oats - 5.3 oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- 1% Kefir - 1 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Sunflower Seeds - 1.1 oz
- Bran - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, blend the oats in a blender.
Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients and add them to the eggs, pour in the kefir and add the seeds.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 410°F, distribute the batter into molds and place in the oven, reduce the temperature to 356°F. Bake for 30 minutes, until light brown.
