Step 1
Take the persimmons, cut them in half, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and remove the seeds. In a shallow saucepan, melt the butter, then add the sugar and persimmon flesh. Mix thoroughly until smooth, then remove from heat. Add the oats and sifted flour to the saucepan with the persimmon. Mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 338°F (340 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or special baking paper, pour the resulting mixture into it. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool, then cut into bars.
