Description
Pecans can be replaced with hazelnuts. However, chia seeds are best left as they are. They are quite a unique ingredient. They have recently appeared in our stores and are considered extremely healthy.
Ingredients
- Gluten-free Oats - 7.1 oz
- Chia Seeds - 3 tablespoons
- Almond Milk - 7 fl oz
- Frozen Cranberries - 1.8 oz
- Chopped Pecans - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take two clean glass jars of 400 grams (you can use smaller jars, like 300 grams).
Step 2
Fill each jar with 2/3 of gluten-free oats.
Step 3
On top, add 1-1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds per jar.
Step 4
Pour almond milk over the oats until all dry ingredients are covered. Overnight, the oats will become porridge-like in consistency, and the chia will swell. It's better to pour the milk in parts and wait for it to settle down to fill the jars correctly.
Step 5
Top with thawed cranberries, pecans, and drizzle with honey.
Step 6
Put in the refrigerator and eat in the morning.
