  • Wheat Flour - 1½ cups

  • Oat flakes - 1½ cups
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Margarine - 4.4 oz
  • Milk - 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Frozen black currant puree - 10.6 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the oat flakes, flour, baking powder, and black currants.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then add melted margarine and milk.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter, transfer the dough into the dish, smooth it out, and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Step 5

Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F until ready.

Step 6

Before serving, you can decorate with powdered sugar and berries.
