- Baking Powder - 2 spoons
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the flakes and stir.
Step 4
Add the baking powder, flour, and chocolate (chopped into small pieces), and knead to form a soft dough.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (to allow the flakes to swell and soften).
Step 6
Grease the baking tray with oil or line it with parchment paper.
Step 7
Tear off small pieces of the dough, shape them into patties (to make this easier, you can moisten your hands slightly with water), and place them on a baking sheet (the patties will double in size after baking).
