- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Ground Oats - 8.8 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup
- Coconut flakes - 8.8 oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread the coconut flakes on a baking sheet and lightly toast them in the oven. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add finely chopped butter. Add the oats and coconut flakes. Mix well and spread on the baking sheet.
Step 2
Combine the raspberries, jam, and lemon zest. In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add the milk and beat thoroughly with a mixer.
