- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Butter - 1.9 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ spoons
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla extract - ½ spoons
- Oat flakes - 8.8 oz
- Raisins - ½ glasses
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Combine the sifted flour, salt, and baking powder.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and continue heating it until a nutty aroma and caramel color develop, which will take about 1–2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the oil into a mixing bowl, add the vegetable oil, cinnamon, and sugar, and mix. Then add the egg, yolk, and vanilla, and beat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 5
Using a wooden spoon, fold in the flour mixture.

Then add the rolled oats and raisins.
Step 7
Stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 8
Using a spoon, place equally sized balls onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving a 5 cm space between them, and bake in a preheated oven at 374°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 9
Transfer the finished cookies along with the parchment paper from the baking sheet to a wire rack.
Step 10
Let it cool completely.
