- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 16 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 0 fl oz
- Potato protein - 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 2 fl oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 480 ml of "Hercules" oat flakes with 240 ml of hot milk, stir, and let it swell.
Step 2
In the cooled swollen mixture, add flour, starch, egg, cocoa, 180 g of sugar, cottage cheese, and softened margarine.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add baking soda, beat, and pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Quickly cut the finished cookies while hot on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Stack them on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
