- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Oat flakes - 0.9 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - ¼ spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Orange zest - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
Step 2
Shape the dough into a log and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Then slice into rounds about 1.5-2 cm thick, place them on parchment paper with some space in between, and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
