- Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.3 oz
- Egg - 1 piece
- Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Candied Fruit - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and beat it together with the egg. While continuing to beat, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add all the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix thoroughly (you can add more oats. The drier the mixture, the fluffier the cookies will be).
Step 3
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the oats to swell slightly.
Step 4
If the dough is too runny, spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet. If you added more oats, wet your hands with cold water and shape the cookies.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 15-17 minutes (until golden brown).
