Ingredients
- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.8 oz
- Ground Oats - 7.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with the sugar in a blender.
Step 2
Add the eggs and blend again.
Step 3
Add the cinnamon, vanilla sugar (or a pinch of vanilla), and oats, and blend.
Step 4
Add finely chopped chocolate (you can use white chocolate and raisins) and mix everything together.
Step 5
Add the flour with the baking powder and mix well.
Step 6
Place small balls on a baking sheet (you can line it with parchment paper).
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at 356°F. Once slightly cooled, place on a plate.
