Description
You can use various types of chocolate, it's a matter of taste: bitter, dark, milk, white, etc. The amount of sugar can also be adjusted to your preference (I usually add not a full cup, but 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup). You can add bran to the oatmeal. If you don't want to bake on parchment paper, you can grease the baking sheet with butter and place the cookies directly on it. The typical yield is about 12-15 cookies. You may need 2 baking sheets.

- Instant Oatmeal - 3 cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the slightly melted butter with sugar until pale, then beat with a mixer.

Add the eggs, mix, and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the oatmeal with the flour. The oatmeal can be chopped beforehand.
Step 4
Add the mixed oats and flour to the egg, butter, and sugar mixture, and beat.
Step 5
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, add to the mixture, and stir until the pieces are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the future cookies in dollops.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 356°F.
