  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Instant Oatmeal - 5.3 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 2.5 oz
  • Kumquat - 1.1 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, and oats and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the oats to soften a bit.

Step 2

Finely chop the dried apricots, kumquat, and almonds. Add half a teaspoon of baking powder, nuts, and dried fruits to the oats.

Step 3

With wet hands, shape small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 356°F for 20 minutes.
