- Kumquat - 1.1 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, and oats and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the oats to soften a bit.
Step 2
Finely chop the dried apricots, kumquat, and almonds. Add half a teaspoon of baking powder, nuts, and dried fruits to the oats.
Step 3
