- Rye Flour - 1.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Oats - 1.2 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, cream the softened butter with the chopped chocolate and ginger.
Step 2
Mix the slightly toasted oats and sifted flour with baking powder into the chocolate-butter mixture, adding a little salt. Gradually incorporate the milk until the dough's texture becomes moist and resembles granola.

Form small, thick cookies and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
