- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Honey - 0 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
- Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar.
Step 2
Add honey and mix.
Step 3
Add the oats and flour, and mix again; the dough will be thick and stiff, but that's normal.
Step 4
Then add the vegetable oil.
Step 5
Dissolve the baking soda in vinegar, and mix as thoroughly as possible until the dough looks moist. If the dough still appears slightly dry no matter how much you mix, you can add another egg.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour the dough onto it.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Remove and let cool slightly.
Step 9
Cut into square cookies.
