Description
You can also add white or dark chocolate to the cookies (do not crumble it too finely). Fructose can be purchased at any supermarket. It is as sweet as sugar but is healthier and lower in calories. I ended up with 16 cookies.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Candied fruits - to taste
- Hazelnut - to taste
- Salt - 0.3 teaspoons
- Fructose - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with fructose.
Step 2
Add the egg to the butter and fructose mixture, and whisk. Add salt.
Step 3
In the resulting mixture, add the hazelnuts (or other nuts to your taste). They should be crushed beforehand with a rolling pin (covering with a thin towel on top).
Step 4
Next, add the oat flakes.
Step 5
The next step is to add the flour.
Step 6
The final step is to add the candied fruits and raisins.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (lightly greased with sunflower oil), and preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 8
Form balls from the dough (dipping in flour), flatten each ball to make the cookies round.
Step 9
Bake the cookies for 15–20 minutes.
