- Light Raisins, Seedless - 3.5 oz
- Oat flakes - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes (they can be ground first if a finer texture is preferred), flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and egg.
Step 3
Mix everything until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 4
Soak and dry the raisins.
Step 5
Add the raisins to the dough and knead thoroughly again.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter, lightly dusting with flour is also recommended. Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the baking sheet 3–4 cm apart, and press them down with your palm to shape them round.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 20–25 minutes.
