Oatmeal cookies with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
  • Oat flakes - 1 cup
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
  • White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Macadamia Nuts - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Beat the butter with sugar until smooth. Add 2 eggs and beat again.

Step 3

Add crushed nuts to the butter-sugar mixture (nuts are optional).

Step 4

Stir in the oats and flour thoroughly.

Step 5

Break the chocolate into small pieces by hand and add to the dough.

Step 6

Form balls from the dough, roll them in flour (if nuts were not added, this may be difficult, so you can add another cup of flour or carefully spoon the dough onto the baking sheet).

Step 7

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter, and place the dough balls on it.

Step 8

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes.
