- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 10.6 oz
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
- Butter - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour kefir over the oats, pour boiling water over the strawberries, and let steep for 40 minutes. Then mix all the ingredients together.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with butter (or line it with parchment paper) and carefully spoon the cookies onto it.
Step 3
Bake at 180–392°F for 30 minutes. Let cool.
