- Apple - 3.5 oz
- Raisins - 0.5 oz
- Dried Apricots - 0.5 oz
- Ground dried cherries - 0.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3 pieces
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Oat flakes - 1.6 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the dry oatmeal with cold boiled or purified water. Drain the water.
Step 3
In a separate container, pour in 200 ml of water and place it on the heat until the water boils.
Step 4
Wash the apple thoroughly under running water, remove the core. Optionally, you can peel it.
Step 5
Cut the apple into medium-sized cubes or strips.
Step 6
Place the chopped apple into the boiling water.
Step 7
Rinse the raisins and dried cherries well under running water. Drain the water. Add the prepared raisins and dried cherries to the container with boiling water and apple.

Rinse the dried apricots under running water, cut them into strips, and add them to the container with the apple, raisins, and cherries.

Add the prepared oatmeal to the container.

Bring the oatmeal to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Shell the walnuts, rinse them under running water, place them in a dry pan, put the pan on the heat, and lightly toast the nuts.

Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 13
Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a plate, add the prepared walnuts. Optionally, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
