Description
Instead of milk, you can use yogurt or kefir. If using yogurt, use about 100g. If using kefir, use the same proportion as milk. For 100g of the finished product EXCLUDING fruits, there are approximately 162 kcal.

- Oat flakes - 6 teaspoons
- Bran - 2 spoons
- Honey - to taste
- Natural Yogurt - ⅓ glasses
- Grapefruits - to taste
- Milk - ⅓ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a jar with a capacity of 0.5 or 0.4 liters (You can use any container with a lid that is convenient for you).
Step 2
In a jar, add the oats, bran, yogurt, honey, and milk. Close the lid tightly and mix well. Then, add freshly cut fruits. You can also mix the ingredients in a separate bowl and layer them in the jar, alternating between the oats and fruits.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy a delicious breakfast.
