Description
You can make your own oat flour by simply grinding rolled oats in a coffee grinder.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Oat flakes - 8.1 oz
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Honey - 2 spoons
- Baking Powder - 2 spoons
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 4 spoons
- Cinnamon - ½ spoons
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ginger - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and apple, cut them into cubes, and place them in a pot. Boil until tender, then puree with an immersion blender.
Step 2
Place the sugar, butter, and honey in a bowl. Add the eggs and lightly beat them. Incorporate the pumpkin-apple puree and mix well.
Step 3
Sift the flour, add the baking powder and spices. Knead a soft dough. Grease the muffin tin with oil or simply line it with paper liners.
Step 4
Divide the dough into molds and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 356°F.
