- Wheat Flour - 4.6 oz
- Oat flakes - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Blend the oat flakes into flour in a blender and mix with wheat flour and 2 eggs.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix milk, sugar, and honey, and heat slightly in the microwave until the sugar dissolves. Pour this mixture into the flour mixture and stir well.
Step 4
Add vegetable oil, spices, and raisins.
Step 5
Finally, mix in the baking soda and distribute the batter into muffin molds.
Step 6
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
