Oatmeal Pancake Cake
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 10 tablespoons
- Bran - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Oats - 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Drinking Yogurt - 3 fl oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, mix all the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add yogurt, water, and eggs.
Step 3
Mix well. I use a blender with a whisk to avoid lumps. Make sure the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. If it's thick, add more water; if it's thin, add more flour.
Step 4
Cook in a skillet like regular pancakes.
Step 5
Spread any filling on the finished pancakes. I used a filling made of ricotta cheese with sugar and cinnamon.
