- Corn Flour for Polenta - 3.5 oz
- Oranges - ½ pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - ½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Honey - to taste
- Oat flakes - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Separate 250 grams of flakes and grind them into a fine flour.
Step 3
Grind the remaining 100 grams of flakes into a coarser texture to give the pancakes more body.
Step 4
Mix all the flakes with cornmeal, and grate the zest into the mixture.
Step 5
Mix the milk with the egg, salt, and vanilla sugar.
Step 6
Pour the milk mixture into the corn flour and variously ground flakes, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil to the mixture and stir.
Step 8
The batter should be runny: if it turned out too thick, stir in a little more milk.
Step 9
Heat a non-stick skillet, brush it with vegetable oil, and cook thick small pancakes.
Step 10
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as banana and honey.
