  • Oranges - ½ pieces

  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla salt - ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Bananas - 4 pieces
  • Honey - to taste
  • Oat flakes - 12.3 oz
