Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the dry ingredients: oat flakes, flour with baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Add melted butter and sour cream. Stir everything to achieve a crumbly dough, like large crumbs.
Step 2
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with the egg, sugar, and almond flour until smooth, then add raisins and mix.
Step 3
Take a baking dish with a diameter of 20–24 cm. Line the bottom of the dish with parchment paper. Spread 2/3 of the dough in the dish.
Step 4
Evenly distribute grated apples on top.
Step 5
Then evenly spread the cottage cheese filling over the apples.
Step 6
Top the cottage cheese with the remaining dough and sprinkle with almond flakes. Or other raw nuts.
Step 7
Bake the oatmeal pie at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.
Step 8
Allow the pie to cool completely in the dish, then carefully transfer it to a plate.
