- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons

Beat the softened butter and sugar with a whisk, add one egg and whisk, then add the second egg, continuing to whisk until light and fluffy. Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the mixture while whisking. The rolled oats should be fine but not flour; if necessary, grind them in a blender.
Step 2
Combine the rolled oats with the mixture and stir with a spatula to form a thick paste. Then add the raisins and mix. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. After that, with wet hands, roll into balls, considering that the cookies will increase in size by 1.5 times when baked. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 374°F for about 20 minutes.
