  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Banana - ½ piece
  • Flaxseeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut Milk - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, make a flax 'egg' (2 tablespoons of flaxseeds + 4 tablespoons of hot water).

Step 2

While it is steeping, mix all the ingredients and add the flax 'egg' at the end.

Step 3

The dough will have a strange consistency, but it holds together well. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of plant-based milk if desired.

Step 4

That's it! Bake the cookies at 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15-20 minutes.
