Soak the almonds overnight. In the morning, drain the water, rinse the nuts, and prepare almond milk: blend the almonds with 400 ml of warm water. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
Step 2
Set aside a quarter cup of the almond milk pulp for the smoothie; the rest can be frozen for later use in recipes.
Step 3
Place the oats, banana, almond pulp, honey, and warm almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
