- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Sugar - 1.1 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.
