Oatmeal with Banana Milk and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Raisins - to taste
  • Cookie - 2 pieces
  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Oat flakes - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil, meanwhile mash the banana with a fork.

Step 2

Add the mashed banana to the boiling milk, then add salt, sugar, spices, and oatmeal.

Step 3

Reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring slowly. At the end, add rinsed raisins. Turn off the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and let it sit for a couple more minutes.

Step 4

Before serving, you can place sliced banana pieces and crushed cookies at the bottom of the plate.
