Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 8.5 oz
- Milk - 30 fl oz
- Water - 20 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Mint - 0.3 oz
- Oranges - 2.8 oz
- Persimmon - 4.2 oz
- Butter - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - to taste

- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the crème anglaise. Pour 300 ml of milk into a saucepan and add the vanilla pod. Place it over low heat.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar with the yolk and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Once the milk in the saucepan comes to a boil, strain it from the vanilla seeds and pour it in a thin stream into the yolk mixture, constantly whisking.
Step 4
Then pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Step 5
The readiness of the cream is determined by drawing a spatula or whisk through it, leaving a clear trail.
Step 6
Cool the prepared cream.
Step 7
Cook the oatmeal. Pour 600 ml of water and the same amount of milk into the saucepan.
Step 8
Set over medium heat. Once the liquid boils, reduce the heat to low and add the oat flakes.
Step 9
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 10–15 minutes, depending on the type of flakes.
Step 10
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and butter to taste.
Step 11
Wash the berries and fruits and cut them as desired.
Step 12
Place the oatmeal in a bowl, drizzle with the crème anglaise, and add the fruits and berries.
Step 13
Garnish with mint and serve.
